These can be in a wide-range of formats such as:

• A PDF resource: prepared for sharing with your customers, giving value, and highlighting your offering.
• A video resource: could be an unlisted video on YouTube, that is a tutorial with educational value to your ideal customer profile.
• A landing page: a gated (asks for email to show the content) or non-gated webpage that contains the value, tutorial, step-by-step guide etc.
